Why Fesco Bill is High for my Tube Well

Hi Fesco charges for tube well is so high and i checked my Fesco Bill Online i think we all farmers should convert to solar. Well for my kind of farmer solar prive is very high but oi think it would be good investment for the future as govt is unable to provide electricity for residential and farmers. My tube well bill is 40000 Rs i have recieved which is quite high. Any other so;ution will be appreciated
