Hi everyone,
I am spending my Sunday morning going through our company's outdated supplier list and I’ve noticed that many of the businesses we used to work with have changed their names or merged with other firms.
To keep our records accurate and professional, I am performing a thorough company VAT registration check for every entry in our digital filing system.
It is a tedious task, but I want to make sure we aren't sending payments to inactive tax profiles or outdated legal entities.
Has anyone else done a massive cleanup of their accounting records recently? It’s quite satisfying once it is done!
