Your experience with FedEx

Personally, I don't use this delivery service very often, as I hardly ever order anything from Amazon. But my brother receives orders from there every week, upgrades his computer, and is fulfilling his childhood dream. He even has regular sellers there, so overall he is happy. What is your experience with FedEx?

Ask your brother for the sellers' contact details, if it's not too much trouble. I'm just about to assemble a second computer and give the old one to my nephew. But I use FedEx not only to receive parcels, but also to send them. By the way, I recently read on GetTransport https://blog.gettransport.com/news/leadership-changes-frederick-smith-fedex/ that the company has changed its management. Have you heard anything about this? I hope it will have a positive impact on both the company and its customers, although I think they will most likely increase the cost of delivery.
