Uses of fertilizers:
The use of chemical fertilizers is also essential for the good production of garlic, Do a soil analysis first to determine the quantity of fertilizers for Garlic crop. However, to grow garlic in average fertile soil , put two bags of DAP and two bags of urea and one bag of potash per acre. Phosphorus fertilizer and half dose of potash should be applied at the time of sowing and remaining half dose of potash at the mid life two moth after sown of garlic. In addition to these fertilizers Micronutrients are also needed, In  Micronutrients require six liters of zinc per acre and two kilograms of sulfur per acre and in addition a liter boron is also required. Spraying a liter of Amino acid can have a huge impact on garlic growth. NPK can also be used as a tank in foliar spray.

Harmful insects of garlic:
Garlic crops are attacked by just one insect, this insect is thirps which suck cell sap from garlic leaves due to this crop become weak.Because the leaves of any crop are its food factory Therefore, when the leaves become weak, there will be a significant reduction in crop yields. Therefore, when the insect is attacked, it is advisable to take immediate action in consultation with an agricultural expert.
